Please do not run on the pool side, remove loose fitting or sharp jewellery, tie back long hair or wear a swim cap, do not drink alcohol prior to the lesson and do not eat or chew gum during the lesson.

Customers should aim to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the lesson and leave no more than 15 minutes after the lesson to help improve changing room comfort.

Whilst you are waiting for your class, please keep poolside noise down to a minimum so that all lessons can take place in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Do not enter the pool until the current class has finished; please always wait to be invited to do so by your teacher.

Photos at the end of the class of just your child are permitted but prior permission must be obtained from the instructor and we will always check with the rest of the class.

All personal items must be taken home at the end of each lesson including used swim nappies.

Whilst it is our policy that we endeavour to ensure you always have the same teacher, we cannot guarantee this as teachers fall ill, leave etc. Also, due to the extremely thorough nature of our training, we may occasionally need to have a new instructor teaching your class. They are always fully trained at this point, but need to teach a series of 'live classes' in order to complete their assessment process. Unfortunately we cannot give advance warning when this may happen and, whilst we always try to limit it, it is a necessary part of our commitment to quality.

You are fully responsible for all applications of Splash Babies techniques practices outside the classes now and in the future.

We do hope you and your child enjoy our swimming courses. Please feel free to give your feedback during the course and to ask questions during each lesson.
